Acts as point of contact to non-scripted production teams for international projects. Processes cash transactions, prepares financial statements and prepares invoices. Applies specialized knowledge and understanding of accounting processes.
The Daily
• Works closely with non-scripted production teams. Acts a point-of-contact to production teams for international projects for all accounting inquiries.
• Processes credit card and cash transactions for non-scripted international productions.
• Audits and records bank transactions. Escalates any discrepancies to Department Head.
• Prepares outgoing invoices and posts to accounts receivable accounts.
• Processes financial cash accounting and prepares monthly & annual financial statements in accordance with national (HGB) and international (US GAAP) guidelines.
• Supports the development of improved workflows.
The Essential
• Completed commercial training or assistant tax consultant
• At least a first professional experience in the field of accounting
• Strong German/English language skills (written & spoken)
The Nice to Have
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications, mainly Excel; SAP experience desirable
• Affine to work with new ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and sociability
• Ability to work in a team, reflects flexibility and resilience
• Pro-active, independent, and committed way of working
• Personal responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
