Your New Role…

Warner Bros. is continuing to expand and evolve the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts with the opening of Flagship Wizarding World stores, in key cities globally. These stores will bring to life the magic of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts for all Fans and Super Fans of the franchise. Flagship Retail will deliver incredible product, service and environments in spaces that truly celebrate the Wizarding World.  

This position will support the leadership hierarchy of the New York Flagship Wizarding World store by maximizing customer and fan engagement in an awe inspiring, best in class retail environment. One of the main responsibilities for this role will be to guide guests through our in store immersive experiences, facilitating a flawless journey throughout.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Customer Service:
• Consistently demonstrates a positive and seamless guest experience.
• Able to perform all roles within experience, depending on assignment for the day.
• Welcomes guests, assists with ticket purchase and check in.
• Informs guests about the upcoming show and experience, building excitement through scripted talking points.
• Transports each group to the assigned gear up room and introduces them to their show guide.
• Prepares customer for experience, assists them in to gear up, and leads experience within the space using the host tablet.
• Partners with the Show Guide to assist gear up/down and cleaning of equipment.
• Is comfortable commanding an audience using scripted talking points.
• Recommends additional experiences for guests in store.
• Builds excitement for guests by sharing personal experience and knowledge.

Store Operations:
• Register, cash handling and ticketing duties include ensuring that all transactions are complete and accurate through POS systems and host app.
• Checks in customers accurately using host app, regularly following up on lateness and no shows to maintain accurate records.
• Completion of daily and weekly safety and cleanliness audits using host tablet.

Financial Analytics:
• Delivers the steps of service for each experience in agreed timeframes to ensure shows run on schedule.
• Responsible in attaining delegated daily, monthly, or quarterly sales goals.
• Completion of requested reports and customer feedback to enhance the experience further.

Brand Representation:
• Maintain experience appearance to ensure that it is neat, clean & sanitized, and well maintained to meet the Company's customer experience standards.
• Maintain additional uniform pieces to create in world experience for customers.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 1 years' experience in premium retail, experience or hospitality industry.
• Ability to problem solve and respond to department priorities and direction
• Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude
• Ability to use scripted talking points to create an immersive customer experience.
• Strong conversationalist and ability to naturally engage with a wide range of guests.
• 'Everyday' technical knowledge, comfortable with tablet and application use (Microsoft, Apple, HP).
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $27,664.00 - $51,376.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
