The Job

This role is based in the Argentine Office and is responsible for developing and implementing the trade marketing strategies for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, supporting the company's revenue and subscribers growth in distribution business line (basic and premium), with focus on subscription business (HBO Max and TNT Sports Premium), positioning our brands and products between our distributors and final clients.

The daily

1. Develop Trade Marketing Strategies 30%
• Define trade marketing strategies with distributors, focusing on subscription products in coordination with distribution team to reach the goals of subscribers and revenue in this business line.
• Align the local strategy to the definitions of the company to positioning specific brands and/or products with our distributors and final clients.
• Lead the process of budget, forecast and projections needed to define the resources available by distributor for trade marketing in the region, having appropriate control over the investment made.

2. Implement Trade Marketing Plan for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay 40%
• Planning the trade marketing actions and campaigns by distributor, using the available resources in a efficiently way, considering all the internal and external processes and timings corresponding.
• Ensure implementation of plans, working with distributors to define the concepts, activities and post-evaluations related, maximizing the profitability from every campaign.
• Permanently identify new tools (from our own and from distributors) for the communication and positioning of our brands and products with final customers.
• Coordinate with internal areas

3. Communication and Training 30%
• Ensure delivery of content adapting the set of tools according to the needs of every distributor and the effectiveness of them.
• Develop and/or adapt the set of training tools for distributors.
• Implement activations, incentive plans, and delivery of information to distributor´s sales forces according to the commercial plan for the region.
• Areas of Accountability
• Where applicable, provide information about the size of the organization managed, operating budget, revenue responsibility, number of employees, geographical scope, strategic impact (extent to which this role has control over the plan/strategy/priorities of his/her department and/or function) or other quantitative data pertinent to this position.

This role manages 1 assistant and have the responsibility of the trade marketing budgets for 3 countries (Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay)

The essential
• Years of experience: Minimum 5 years in Marketing and Business Development, including experience in sales or with sales departments.
• Broad knowledge and experience in Marketing and Creative process.
• Above average skills in Marketing KPIs definitions, analytics and management related to commercial goals.
• Above average skills in in creating and executing strategies and understanding new business model.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Ability to working in challenging environments, results driven and team player.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Above average skills in in self-management under changing environments.
• Fluent in in English.

The nice to have

Broad knowledge and experience in Pay TV and digital streaming platforms.

Experience in working different cultures and markets in Latin America.
