Your New Role...
Trade Marketing Lead located in LATAM region to lead all communication efforts from Warner Bros Discovery for Brands (the advertising sales division at WBD LatAm) to advertisers and agencies across the region. This role is essential to build WarnerMedia for Brands' position as a leading advertising partner for brands in Latin America and attract customers.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Develop a trade marketing strategy focused on regional initiates to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (leads) among advertisers and agencies across the region.
• Lead all regional trade marketing efforts: CRM, website, social media, e-mailing, PR, industry events, webinars, landing pages. Prioritizing digital digital touchpoints and including both owned and paid media campaigns.
• Articulate the regional strategy with local trade marketing strategies, in full partnership with local marketing and sales teams.
• Measure and optimize results across the marketing funnel: define KPIs, build tracking dashboads, develop benchmarks and recommendations, implement optimization strategies.
• Lead the CRM as marketing platform for client retention as well as client acquisition, with a personalized approach.
• Other analytical, sales and marketing activities assigned.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Graduate/post graduate studies related to marketing, communication, advertising and/or media.
• +10-years' experience in BTB marketing, related to the advertising and industry, with a regional scope.
• +5-years' experience in digital marketing, leading digital strategies. Experience working with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic, CRO, Mobile, CRM. Digital marketing savvy with first level of technical knowledge in all (or nearly all) digital marketing disciplines traffic generation (search marketing, display, programmatic, etc.), UX, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, email marketing, social media management.
• A combination of excellent analytical skills and communicational skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Energetic, curious, self-motivated, proactive, multi-tasker, result-driven
• Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, and to adapt quickly to an always changing environment.
• Focus on LinkedIn & Websites (Content & Analytics).
• Advanced degree or specialization in digital marketing, in last 3 years prefer.
• Fluent in Portuguese prefer.
• Experience in Data Analytics. In particular, Power BI, Looker and Tableau prefer.
• Experience in CRM tools. In particular, Sales Force prefer.
• Willing to work in a regional team and to work cross functionally internally and across different markets prefer.
