The Job
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the recruiting full cycle of managerial and director positions across multiple client groups in India. Partnering with operations to recommend process changes required to support clients; drives candidate engagement from interview to offer; creates interview guides; oversees selection and influences partners drive Talent Acquisition results. Managing external vendors where necessary to ensure delivery of projects and volume recruitment. The role will be based in Hyderabad.
The Daily
• Manage and develop small team of local TA Advisors (internal and RPO) assisting the team in prioritizing requests, meeting deadlines, helping them to solve their queries, and creating recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with P&C and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage client/partner expectations.
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and clients with minimal escalations. Actively source through various market channels e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards, networks, social media, etc. to proactively identify suitable candidates.
• Ensures the interview and candidate slate prep is completed within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Understands communication and influence hiring teams on the relevance of diversity goals to their business success.
• Strong analytics, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the sourcing team.
• Act as the first point of contact in the escalations and consultations in the recruitment process.
The Essentials
• Extensive recruitment experience ideally gained combining recruitment agency and in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting a high volume of sourcing and recruitment
• Excellent communications skills in English– both verbal and written
• Experience creating and managing search strategies, mapping markets, and gleaning industry insights.
• Previous experience with CRM/ATS with sourcing, tracking, managing, and closing candidates
• Knowledge and application of advanced candidate generation and research techniques.
• Competencies: Leadership skills, strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills, autonomy, a strong sense of initiative, effective influencer, curious learner about business and talent goals.
• Recruiting regional experience would be advantageous
