Your Role Accountabilities...

• Provides 3rd level/escalation troubleshooting, incident, and problem resolution for Workplace Engineering technologies (Intune, SCCM, Windows and macOS, build processes and deployments, among other technologies)
• Collaborate with other departments/teams to assist with implementation of unique technical requirements between multiple engineering groups
• Triage larger problems with appropriate teams or vendors and provide resolution or warm handoff.
• Provides design input for solution planning and assists in building and testing technical solutions
• Manages Windows and mobile devices and provides triage and support
• Creates and updates documentation, as well as providing guidance and training to other technical teams.
• Technical skillset and personal development, research, and development

Qualifications & Experiences...
• Required: packaging ability/experience on Windows (PowerShell, SCCM, Intune)
• BA/BS degree in relevant preferred OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years' technical experience in end user technology, including OS, hardware, applications, and basic troubleshooting
• 3-5 years in a Desktop Engineering environment for an enterprise organization
• 1-3 years incident/problem management, tracking, and resolution experience
• 1-3 years' experience building packages or scripts for deployment (nice to have)
• 3+ years interfacing with service management teams to drive issues towards resolution
• 3+ years troubleshooting scripts on Windows and Macs
• Experience in analyzing systems and modifying existing operations to add value. (nice to have)
• 1-3 years of Experience with managing Windows devices with a UEM/MDM
• Fluent/Proficient in English and Polish
