Overview:

We are looking for a Support Communications & PR (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
• Supporting the responsible PR editors in brand, program, corporate and internal communications projects
• Support the Communications & PR team in day-to-day business, including PR events and press inquiries
• Research, preparation and creation of press releases, newsletters, and program information
• Data and contact maintenance in the CMS tool
• Maintenance of image databases
• Processing of internal and external image requests
• Communication and information exchange with national and international colleagues as well as external service providers

Qualifications:
• (Completed) studies or completed vocational training in the areas of communication, media or business sciences or comparable completed vocational training
• Initial experience in the field of communications/PR
• High media affinity
• Creative, self-organized and adaptable way of working
• Very good Office and Adobe Creative Cloud skills
• Very good written and spoken English

The traineeship is remunerated with 1,650 EUR gross/month.
