Your New Role…

We are seeking an energetic team member for the position of Senior Product Manager, Kids Experience. This team member will report to the Director of Product, Kids & Family. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with the research, design, product, and engineering teams to ensure all kids streaming requirements are prioritized to meet the needs of our HBO Max, Discovery+, TV Everywhere and WBD global audiences.

The Senior Product Manager in this role will be responsible for defining the end-to-end kids experience on WBD's digital streaming apps. The person in this role will leverage research and industry benchmarks to define a product vision that will delight families around the world, and will also ensure a comprehensive strategy is in place to ensure the kids streaming experience meets all local regulatory and contractual guidelines. The candidate will be motivated to dive deep into the rapidly evolving tech landscape, including legal nuances across multiple global regions. At the same time, a successful candidate will be a creative thinker who keeps the needs of their customer cohorts at the heart of all decisions. They will manage a product strategy and roadmap with at least a 12 month horizon. They must be comfortable regularly engaging with executive leadership to effectively communicate product line strategy and secure alignment on product roadmap priorities. This role will require working cross-functionally within the Product and Design organization across multiple product verticals, as well as with global stakeholders across technology, content, advertising, marketing, and PMO. The role requires someone who can work autonomously, has strong organizational and analytical skills, and is a proven collaborator and problem solver.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Define the strategic approach for an end-to-end set of Kids Experience Features. Kids Experience features include but are not limited to:
• Parental Controls and PIN management
• Kids Content Discovery and Watch Experience
• Kids Privacy and Data Governance
• Gather, define, and clearly document requirements
• Employ a working knowledge of design and usability best practices as a collaborative partner with Design/UX team to ensure design thinking is incorporated in every phase of the process
• Share requirements across multiple stakeholder groups, receive feedback, and weigh it against the overall product strategy to make appropriate decisions toward requirements refinement
• Leverage research and competitive analysis, anchored by the broader company and product strategy, to prioritize features across a diverse set of high priority initiatives using a systematic, measurable approach
• Define metrics and objectives that clearly identify when a feature is working, discoverable, and successful
• Conduct regular service reviews and analysis of product health in order to recommend the most effective iteration on existing features and capabilities
• Drive ongoing customer and internal stakeholder communications (including Brand, Content, Marketing, Media Supply Chain, Legal, Distribution, and Customer Support) as the product line interface while differentiating appropriately between public and internal messaging
• Build healthy, trusting relationships and contribute to a culture of respect by giving feedback respectfully, exchanging ideas respectfully, and receiving feedback humbly

Qualifications & Experience...
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Customer obsessed and a human-centric thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation that communicates complex subject matter simply and clearly
• Experience developing data-driven roadmaps including the use of multi-variant testing to inform decisioning
• Prior experience working within portfolio management systems (ex: JIRA, Confluence, Asana) preferred
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Experience partnering with technical teams on highly complex projects
• Formal and informal presentation skills in small and large group settings
• Detail-oriented; self-starter, accountable, and empowered
• Collaborative work style
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $104,300.00 - $193,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
