The Job.

Provide HR leadership and consultation to business leaders and line managers on the strategic and people-related matters impacting the business. The HR Business Partner works collaboratively with managers and local HR to provide innovative HR solutions and approaches with a focus on driving success to the mission of the Business Unit. Business Partnering and Support:-Assists in developing the people strategy for the business ensuring alignment with business objectives and the long term strategic vision of the organization

The Daily – Major Activities
• Provides very strong leadership and direction on key functional areas including Reward, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development. Proactively identifies key opportunities to further strengthen and build the talent pool within the group. Manages the delivery and execution of core HR processes and policies as required, e.g. salary/compensation reviews, talent reviews, etc. Partners effectively with HR Centers of excellence and other specialist groups for any day-to-day issues faced by the organization.
• Act as people advocate, counsels, and acts as a business partner with managers, supervisors, and employees on employment issues.
• Works with the HR and business leadership team to identify organizational development improvements, particularly around culture change during periods of major transition and transformation within the organization. Support the business with organizational change and development as necessary, influencing leaders to address organizational design issues where required for business success.
• Provides support on the strategy of communications and relationship with the Union representative at Argentina.
• Uses metrics and analytics regularly to help drive/steer management decisions, understanding the talent alignment and resource allocation for the function, driving strategic workforce planning.
• Deliver and support every D&I initiative, policy, event etc.

The Essentials
• At least 4 Years of experience in Human Resources positions.
• Deep experience in managing Human Resources processes & functions
• Working knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law and practices
• Advanced English Level

The Nice to Haves
• Portuguese skills, MBA
