SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Sr. Manager, Business Analytics will focus on managing and support leading the daily operations of the team, as well as the Business (Consumer Products and Retail Sales / Marketing) with quantitative and qualitative analysis to help further business initiatives, provide insights regarding retail opportunities and support financial analysis. This role will also be responsible for publishing weekly and monthly executive point-of-sale (POS) reports (and insights as needed) to each regional data analysis team/resource. This role will report into the Director, Global Business Analytics located in the Burbank office in California.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leverages our internal retail revenue systems to provide accurate retail data to assist in growing the business
• Supports the vision for our Product Information Master (PIM) to effectively enable product analytics
• Partners with key account retailers to seamlessly transfer WB revenue
• Designs, analyzes, and provides recommendations to support our product & franchise strategies at key accounts
• Manages and leads the day-to-day global retail data operations
• Builds key stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to deliver department objectives
• Manages and leads the global expansion of retail analytics program
• Monitors sell-in and sell-thru performance from internal point-of-sale business data
• Partners with sales teams and accounts to ensure key sales initiatives are achieved & develops annual targets
• Provides inventory management support to ensure successful sell-thru and business opportunities are identified
• Participates in joint planning sessions to grow our business together through data-informed decision-making
• Evaluates and analyzes existing licensee performance to drive overall profitability
• Develops and maintains feature placement and marketing reporting tools to ensure ROI alignment
• Analyzes account and market trends to provide competitive intelligence and impact on the market
• Builds and forecasts weekly retail seasonality curves based upon comp titles
• Leads ad hoc projects, as requested
• Champions fact-based selling to drive insight into action, while translating the data into powerful stories
• Develops compelling supporting materials for sales and marketing presentations
• Manages the production of regular and standard reports in support of key business objectives
• Responsible for senior leadership updates / presentations
• Handles other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience
• Retail/Consumer Products licensing experience required
• Minimum 7+ years of project management experience required
• Minimum 5+ years of retail analytics experience required

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• MBA is a plus

Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent technical, analytical & organizational skills
• Experience with systems such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience in developing and reporting business performance metrics
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including ability to ''tell a story'' using PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Access, Publisher, and One Note
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
