Your New Role…
The Sr Director, Product Management - Commerce, will lead a team focused on the development of the commerce platform, including refining existing internal tooling and capabilities, and identifying opportunities to build new capabilities for future commerce enhancement. They will focus on features and capabilities that maximize subscription growth through innovative commerce solutions.
A successful candidate in this role will be a creative, business-oriented product leader who can think big and has a bias for action. They will develop innovative subscription features, implement scalable solutions, and ensure an end-to-end world class experience. They are a leader that the team loves to work with because they inspire, develop, and care for their team members. In this role, you will lead multiple products and a team of product managers, instilling a culture of product excellence and high performance.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Develops future vision and execution strategy for the commerce platform, inclusive of capabilities that support the broader WBD family of apps.
• Identifies opportunities to incorporate AI / ML capabilities to support growth and commerce initiatives, closely partnering with engineering, analytics and data science teams.
• Collaborates with partner product teams, marketing, analytics and CS teams to source feedback and opportunities for enhancement; develops and communicates roadmap and prioritization with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develops and measures KPIs for the commerce platform, and ensures appropriate instrumentation and reporting capabilities are in place to monitor KPIs.
• Must be able to support key stakeholders in Central European Time (CET) zone
Qualifications & Experience...
• 12+ years of product management experience
• 8+ years of commerce experience, preferably worldwide
• 10+ years managing projects
• 5+ years experience designing billing and payment strategy
• Extensive knowledge of Order to Bill processes required
• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting
• Strong knowledge of requirements for PCI and PII
• Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Outstanding leadership skills

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $153,300.00 - $284,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
