Your New Role...

Warner Bros. Studio Operations (WBSO), a cornerstone of Warner Bros., seeks a talented professional to join the WBSO Finance team. The Senior Analyst will directly support the Operations of WBSO's Post Production Creative Services (PPCS) group. The position plays a vital role in PPCS day-to-day Operations and supports the month-end close process, including the preparation of financial reports, deliverables, and ensuring monthly PPCS revenue and expenses are entered and reported accurately. This role interacts daily with PPCS operations personnel in addition to being the point Finance contact for several businesses within PPCS.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Partner with operational teams to develop workflow pipelines and assess business risks and opportunities.
• Support and review month-end close deliverables including accruals, reclasses, General Ledger entries, and provide variance to forecast drivers.
• Further develop and analyze performance indicators that support business strategic planning and drive financial growth.
• Partner with PPCS leaders to develop robust financial models in support of business expansion and capital investment.
• Consult with PPCS and Finance leaders to create Operating and Capital long range plans, budgets, and short-term forecasts for multiple business units.
• Support additional reporting deliverables to Corporate, WBSO Finance management, and business unit operational management as required.
• Identify and pursue workflow and productivity improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience...
• 2 - 4 years relevant work experience in finance/accounting, strategy and business planning, and financial modeling.
• CPA/MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of entertainment industry, film and television production, and studio operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• Experience in P&L, cash flow modeling, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in preparation of strategic reports and financial analyses to assist management in business decisions preferred but not required.
• The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of the day using the PC. Such software includes, but is not limited to:
• Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Xytech MediaPulse
• SAP / Business Warehouse
• Adaptive / Workday
• Additional mainframe systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of staff and management both written and verbal.
• Ability to produce accurate, reliable, and high-quality work in a timely manner.
• Self-motivated team player capable of organizing workflow and priorities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and time constraints.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,241.00 - $134,162.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
