The Job

The Global Corporate Strategy team supports the development, evaluation, management and execution of global strategic planning, growth and operational initiatives at the corporate level and in collaboration with business units . The team works closely with partners across all divisions to develop analyses and recommendations for senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. As a part of GCS team, you will help advance WBD 's strategic priorities through projects in areas such as strategy formulation, capital allocation, content optimization, IP valuation , franchise management, corporate investment management and business expansion .

This role requires both financial fluency and storytelling prowess, tenacious problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task across several concurrent workstreams. This is a high-impact role that requires the Senior Analyst to be a n active, enthusiastic contributor to project team s while working closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders across WBD . It is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about the business of media & entertainment and who wants to gain a broad understanding of television, theatrical, streaming platforms, content, networks, and brands & experiences.

The Daily

Assisting teammates and divisional counterparts in the development of long-term strategic plans and presentations that tell a clear, concise, cohesive story , and that align with overall WBD objectives

Preparing business plans based on sound financial and strategic analysis for new growth and investment opportunities , including expansion internationally and into new businesses

Work ing with various stakeholders to help optimize capital allocation and content utilization across various distribution platforms to maximize enterprise-wide ROI

Conducting research and m onitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions

Synthesiz ing complex topics and detailed analyses into compelling narratives and concise takeaways for senior management

Collaborat ing
on ad-hoc special projects with various business units and executives

The Essentials
• High level of integrity and strong work ethic
• Passionate about media and entertainment with a strong understanding of industry dynamics, products, and business models
• Deep intellectual curiosity, ability to think outside the box, and willingness to contribute your opinion
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative DNA
• Superior quantitative modeling skills and a sound understanding of finance
• Exceptional work-planning, pacing and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with several deliverables under tight deadlines
• A keen eye for presentation structure and the ability to distill complex concepts and analyses into clear, easy-to-understand presentations
• Ability to effortlessly toggle between attention to detail and big picture thinking
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, investment bank, and/or media/entertainment/tech company in a strategy/business development/analytical role preferred

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $62,790.00 - $116,610.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
