The Specialist, Global Streaming Promotions will support the Pricing, Packaging, and Promotions (''PPP'') team on 360 campaigns for WBD streaming offers and monetization initiatives. This includes assisting in the ideation , opportunity sizing, go-to-market planning, execution, and reporting of global offers for Max, discovery+, and more. This person will regularly collaborate with almost every cross-functional team to bring best-in-class offer campaigns to life through their ability to navigate ambiguity, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver repeatable, scalable processes. You are strategic, analytical, resourceful and adaptable, proactively identifying opportunities to support the execution of global offers and tackle new strategic initiatives in an ever-evolving environment. Reporting to the Director of Promotions, the Specialist represents a center-of-excellence for global offer strategy and best practices across the larger Streaming Marketing division of Warner Bros. Discovery. It is imperative that this person can effectively connect the dots across many disparate parts to achieve shared objectives.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Support global promotions leads in the ideation, business strategy, and execution of scaled offer campaigns to generate subscriber and revenue growth for WBD Streaming.
• Help to develop cohesive go-to-market strategies for global offers by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Media, Creative, Retention, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, and more.
• Project manage all aspects of offer campaign execution including milestones, deliverables, launch run-of-show and rigorous stakeholder approvals. Provide detailed briefs and requirements to stakeholders like Product and Analytics.
• Manage BAU global promotions such as employee access, student offer, and ongoing voucher campaigns.
• Monitor pacing and performance metrics for in-market promo initiatives, measuring against KPIs such as subscriber acquisition, tier mix, churn, engagement, and LTV.
• Manage the post-mortem reporting process for global offers by consolidating cross-functional data, gleaning actionable insights and trends, and presenting learnings across the Marketing org. Own the centralization of insights across all global PPP initiatives, creating a hub for learnings and best practices.
• Create meticulous documentation for go-to-market presentations, project trackers, and post-mortem decks.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the PPP team, including updating and maintaining team trackers, managing our Airtable system, and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
• Liaise with Product to implement a PPP testing roadmap and identify product enhancement opportunities to continually optimize global promo programs and hone our best practices.
• Facilitate quarterly planning and brainstorming processes within the PPP team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar digital marketing role; direct-to-consumer/subscription or streaming experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing concepts (revenue, LTV, ARPU, subscriber acquisition, incrementality).
• Exceptional communication (written, verbal) and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and drive go-to-market workstreams forward with minimal oversight.
• Strong deck/presentation skills preferred. Outstanding skills with Microsoft Suites, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Excellent troubleshooting and QA skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational/project management processes.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

• Highly analytically minded and very comfortable with data tools such as Looker and Excel. Experience evaluating specific growth KPIs and picking apart data to get the clearest insights.
• Strong grasp on the streaming landscape and the latest industry developments for media and entertainment companies.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,812.00 - $79,508.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
