Your New Role…

The Warner Bros. Discovery Global Real Estate Technology and PMO organization is seeking a skilled & energetic Senior Product Manager, with a focus on Global Real Estate Technology projects and programs. Product Managers play lead project and program management roles, with a key focus on specific domain experience and responsibility.
Our team is responsible for a large portfolio of technology platforms and large-scale initiatives, including:
• Global Real Estate Design & Construction Technology, including leading all technology workstreams
• Global Workplace Experience and Property Management application portfolios
• Providing project management expertise across our broader technology organization

The Senior Product Manager will lead the delivery of key Global Real Estate Design & Construction Technology initiatives and oversee all technology workstreams, including primary responsibility for:
• Overall technology project and program management and partnership with GRE project teams
• Facility technology strategy, design, implementation, and transition to operational technology teams
• Workplace experience application and platforms
• Audio/Visual, including conference rooms, screening rooms, and specialized spaces
• Digital signage and branding
• Physical Security
• Coordination with Infrastructure, workplace and other technology teams to deliver related workstreams

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that project scope, deliverables and timelines are met by managing all aspects of a project life cycle, including project planning, development, change control, implementation, issue management, executive communications. Project teams often includes cross-functional resources from across technology and other organizations.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Project management for complex initiatives, including establishing and executing consistent PMO and communication processes and tools
• Hands-on engagement in new and prospective project needs to shape the requirements, define budget and establish project expectations
• Oversight of technology strategy, design/approval, and tactical implementation
• Prepare estimates and oversee detailed project plan development
• Onboard and oversee 3rd party resources where applicable to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Define measurable success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
• Oversee project financial management, budget reporting, and purchase orders
• Other duties as assigned
• Project and Program Management (project plan development and management, project risk management, detailed status reporting, project meeting notes and actions, etc.)
• Project financial management (cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning)
• Resource management (onboarding, offboarding, extensions, etc.)
• Workstream management (hands-on execution support, project artifact development, change management planning, etc.)
• Strategic project planning, scope definition, ''phase 0'' assessment projects and business case development
• Ad-hoc requests from senior management

Qualifications & Experience…
• 8+ years related project and program management and/or PMO experience
• Technology Project and Program management experience for large scale initiatives, with an emphasis on multi-workstream cross-functional project teams
• Experience delivering real estate design and construction initiatives, with hands-on experience with major technology workstream management, design details and implementation
• Experience coordinating with construction contractors and other 3rd party teams in a design and construction environment
• Expertise in Project and Program management tools and processes, including risk mitigation (e.g. RAID log management), detailed project plan development, resource management and status reporting
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Comfort level taking the lead to define project requirements
• Ability to set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and deliver consistent support when working with other team members
• Business and technology integration experience
• Project and change management, project and program roadmaps, project planning, and workstream status roll up plan reporting
• Bachelor's degree
• Media or entertainment industry experience is a plus
• PMI or equivalent professional certificate preferred

This position is required to work in a hybrid work arrangement at one of our locations in the United States.
