Job Description

Filmbankmedia is a joint venture between Warner Bros., Sony Pictures and NT Digital Group (comprising of SWANK Motion Pictures and Spafax).

We are a leader in non-theatrical film distribution, representing many major Hollywood, Bollywood and independent film studios (including Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Universal and Paramount) in over 80 international territories.

Filmbankmedia provides licensing for film screenings that take place outside of the cinema and home in environments such as hotels, hospitals, coaches, trains, schools, pubs and bars and care homes etc.

The Job

To ensure maximum sales of product to the Non-Theatrical market sectors on behalf of the studios represented by Filmbankmedia, both in the EMEA and in the LATAM regions.

The Daily

Assist the Associate Director, Account Manager, and Senior Sales Operations Manager in the administration of the digital business across EMEA and LATAM regions.

Manage the STSL title-by-title screenings (eg Outdoor Cinema & Drive-In Cinema) business (eg Outdoor Cinema & Drive-In Cinema) across all LATAM, facilitating and processing new licensee requests

Customer Management
• Contract management and administration
• Main point of contact for contracted customers
• Assist in programming lists and scheduling, studio clearances, content ordering and other administrative tasks such as creating marketing newsletters
• Finance set-up and budget management
• Account performance and revenue Analysis
• Prospect and identify opportunities to generate incremental revenue for existing accounts
• Placing frequent outbound calls to customers to ensure the smooth running of accounts

Internal Management
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Filmbankmedia teams including:
• Digital Operations: licensee liaison for studio title availability lists and approvals as well as overseeing the materials delivery process end-to-end
• Marketing: licensee liaison for all marketing assets and approvals
• Financial performance tracking of accounts (Budget vs actuals)
• Legal: Contract administration
• Pre and post sales analysis with recommendations to Territory Sales Heads
• Monitor and report sales performance, competitor initiatives and market / customer trends

The Must Haves
• Account Executive experience within a commercial licensing background, ideally from the Entertainment industry
• Some technical knowledge of digital content delivery preferable
• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal communication skills essential
• Numerate and articulate with the ability to analyse & prioritise effectively
• Personable 'can do' attitude
• Enthusiastic, self–motivated, efficient and organised
• Additional languages preferable (but not essential)
