Job Description
Sales Executive, Content Sales and Distribution APAC (3-day work week)

The Daily

Liaise with senior executive and senior administrative assistants to handle internal requests and queries sales support (70%)
• Research and generate (or process) new sales leads as required
• Prepare and deliver specific reports on existing current customers activity
• Keep the sales process through Avvoka and Ibravo contracting systems up to date.
• Arrange appointments with clients and prospects
• Acknowledge customers & prospects by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls when required
• Update all contact information for prospects & clients
• Handle any customer complaints and liaise with the Director to identify means to resolve the issue
• Handle administrative work including vendors, legal, invoicing etc
• Assist with the Hotel Partnership Programme, update the hotels details on the HPP website.
• Organize and systematically manage the HPP status report for APAC.
• Provide sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of confidential agreements and contracts.
• Inform internal finance teams on missing invoices to be issued and/or chasing of overdue payments from affiliates and hotels with assistance from AR team.
Operations and Administration (30%)
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes when required
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support to visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

The Essentials
• Degree or equivalent experience in business management
• Possess strong communication skill with all levels of management-internal and external in English
• Detail oriented and with a keen sense on accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook (Emails and Calendar)
• Strong administrative and organization skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural/international environment and a complex matrix.
• Interested & some knowledge of media & broadcasting Sales would be preferred
