Job Description
Senior FP&A Systems Analyst will provide key support to the FP&A Resource Planning Team and act as the main point of contact between the Information Systems Team and functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading implementation of required systems enhancements and system maintenance from FP&A perspective.

Key responsibilities
- Engage with finance teams and business partners to identify business requirements and objectives, to develop and enhance FP&A Resource Planning system which allows to forecast/plan, report and analyze cost of WBD organization
- Administer and maintain FP&A reporting/analytics applications as part of business as usual (ensure data integrity between HR system and FP&A Resource Planning system flows correctly, manage forecast cycle calendar and communicate to stakeholders, support escalated system issues are addressed between IT and FP&A Systems team
- Ensure data quality in the systems based on developed data governance policies and implement them in the organization through training program
- Work on development and maintenance of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
- Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
- Conduct design reviews and oversee QA functions for the information delivery applications, including ensuring that system and integration test plans are developed and executed
- Create other technical deliverable artifacts needed for project implementation
- Develop and delivers knowledge transfer to the business users

Requirements
- Experience with EPM systems, data visualization tools and a Business Intelligence Interface
- Experience in working in FP&A area
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working effectively across internal and external organizations
- Experience working with relational databases
- Familiar with Data Visualization best practices
