SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Project Associate manages the Product Development process. This role partners with the Product Development, Category, Franchise and Sales teams to obtain job starts and creative briefs for all projects to be kicked off with Product Development teams. Communicates timelines and budgets with all parties and keep stakeholders updated on any delivery changes. The Project Associate should keep up with industry trends and innovations in tech and software to ensure relevancy.
Job Responsibilities

Assists in the management of product development projects and workflow as well as have oversight of PD budget and invoice processing

Coordinates and attends meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates on the status of Product Development projects and timelines; Compiles notes for any action required

Responsible for following up on any assets and legal copyright lines as needed to complete the development process along with Legal approvals and copyright details

Inputs all job starts and briefs into the weekly status sheet and manages a weekly PD status meeting with all Directors to ensure timelines are being met

Supports key Product Development events and key milestones (Example: Softlines Roll Out, Retail Studio Swings, etc.)

Continually reviews processes for efficiencies and maps out new ways of working

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Work Experience
• 2-5+ years of Project Management Experience preferred
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• BA or BS in Fine Arts or equivalent experience required
Knowledge/Skills
• Must have knowledge of MAC computer and applicable software, as well as other office equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Quart Xpress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with project management and project management software such as Monday.com, Workfront, etc.
• Experience of process evaluation and documentation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities; possess flexibility and adaptability skills
• Must be well organized with effective and proven planning and follow-through skills
• Must be a self-starter, dependable, and optimistic
Other Requirements
• Must be familiar with the film industry and consumer product
• Must be able to make decisions based on the success and delivery of all creative projects and remain calm in situations that may entail discussions on deliveries with creative team and content partners
• Must be a strategic thinker
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, in written communication, via phone, via video conference, etc
• Must have the ability to work well under time pressure and time constraints
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and prioritize assignments
• Must be a team player

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
