Your New Role…

The Warner Bros Discovery Procurement Communications & Change Manager is responsible for supporting the key communication, change management, and training elements of procurement initiatives. This position plays an integral role in highlighting the importance of early procurement engagement and the strategic value produced by the Procurement organization. The successful holder of the position will have the ability to collaborate with a diverse global team and prior experience in leading strategic communication programs and global change management initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the development of presentations, training and change management materials, and ongoing internal communications that highlight procurement's role and value to the business.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Strategic Communication and Change Management Champion
• Lead the strategy, development and delivery of procurement communications ensuring all materials are synchronized and providing consistent, cohesive, and impactful messaging
• Identify all stakeholders and key messaging required to develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate effective communications aligned to their individual needs
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications teams to deliver messaging using the established corporate communication channels
• Perform coordination role with a diverse group of business and technical teams to develop, design and execute holistic program communications
• Design effective project reporting and communication to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Develop education content strategy, materials, and delivery methods to drive compliance of the established procurement process and enable user adoption of technology

Training Development and Delivery
• Develop training plan for procurement initiatives and ongoing training needs of the business and procurement team
• Train business on procurement policies and procedures using the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience
• Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years experience, preferably in full-life cycle change initiatives with a focus on stakeholder management, communications strategy, and educational design
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management related field
• Experience in project management and process improvement (e.g. Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, etc.
• Professional accreditation in procurement a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and an ability to synthesize complex and technical information into concise and clear recommendation
• High level of organization skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently
• Ability to shape and deliver key messages to various audiences aligned to their individual needs and objectives
• Ability to collaborate and influence virtually, including large group facilitation of workshops and training
• Strong level of understanding of transition/change management concepts and developing and executing communication and training strategies
• Experience working with Corporate Communication teams to deliver unified communication plans
