Your New Role...

We are currently seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Training Manager to help drive privacy governance and compliance across Warner Bros. Discovery by driving the communication and execution of privacy standards and policies across the enterprise. This would include the development and creation of privacy awareness training and targeted role-based training content and enhancing and maintaining the WBD Privacy Governance Framework.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Work with key stakeholders on development and maintenance of an enterprise privacy common control framework
• Develop and maintain associated policies, standards and guidelines
• Review privacy compliance tools and determine what solution the enterprise privacy common control framework should be hosted on
• Manage and update the library of standards and guidance, partnering with lawyers and brand support functions to ensure correct guidance is made available to businesses and development teams
• Engage relevant brand support functions to ensure correct guidance is made available to businesses and development teams
• Implement a standards implementation & change management process and prioritize critical topics
• Create a process for implementing standards with the wider organization (including prioritization of critical topics)
• Coordinate trainings on key standards for relevant teams (engage relevant teams, work with standards author on creating trainings, host training sessions)
• Create a change management process for updating published standards (including socialization of updated standards)
• Meet with necessary stakeholders for input and sign-off of privacy trainings
• Partner closely with Data Governance, Privacy, Legal and Technology teams
• Track completion of trainings and provide metrics to appropriate stakeholders
• Work on compliance projects as required

Qualifications & Experiences...
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years professional experience in privacy data governance or related field
• Privacy compliance experience, working with key regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Experience implementing and maintaining compliance with compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of industry-accepted privacy frameworks
• Knowledge of privacy tools and technologies
• Experience creating data privacy standards or policies
• Knowledge of data platforms / environments in the entertainment/telecom sectors preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
