Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work across the entire company to lead the delivery of global technical initiatives driven at each level of technical program management delivery. The successful candidate will have experience influencing and aligning business objectives to technical roadmaps, as well as participating in launching new lines of business globally. You have a passion for scalable solutions that are lightweight and repeatable, transparent communication, collaboration and operational excellence. You see the value in holistic test plans and procedures and constantly look for ways to automate testing, workflow, and integration steps.

This role is an individual contributor role responsible for influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 12 years of Technical Program Management (TPM) leadership with a demonstrated track record of leading and overseeing TPM teams, as well as their own initiatives.
• Strong people leadership experience, including talent selection, engagement, growth and retention.
• Experience in leading architecture, system design and technical direction of large-scale systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
• Establish all operational metrics and support for the programs.
• Able to work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities with speed and agility.
• Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to the senior tech leadership team and above.
• Ability to directly lead the design, implementation and delivery of highly complex, cross-functional projects in an ambiguous or new technology area.
• Consistently bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions.
• Possess deep knowledge of the core system technologies and/or broad understanding of a complex end-2-end streaming solution and apply that knowledge to invent, evolve, improve, and simplify technologies.
• Experience in migrating live services used by millions of customers to new technologies and platforms without interruption.
• Thorough understanding of the product development life cycle and work in direct partnership with Product owners to align on program scope.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Clear, concise, accurate communication (both verbal and written) with audiences of varying leadership levels, technical abilities and business contexts.
• A strong data-driven mentality and prioritization framework, to ensure focus on the highest impact work.
• Creating, tracking, and improving data driven tracking of technical programs from inception to BAU.
• Responsible for creating dashboards / reports to share key program updates for stakeholders and leadership
• Ability to develop short term and long term process improvement plans.
• Able to dive deeply into both technical details and business needs.
• Experience working with engineering teams to deliver products keeping iterative success as a mindset.
• Strong analytical and ''big picture'' capabilities in problem solving.
• Business acumen sufficient to:
• Quickly absorb the intricacies of our departments and processes.
• Recommend improvements that will help the company be more efficient and successful.
• Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally to create and maintain end-end project plans for big ticket initiatives with the flexibility to quickly pivot when priorities change.
• Highly skilled in working in a global environment, both with colleagues across multiple time zones and countries as well as delivering products and services on a truly global scale.
• An appreciation of cultural differences between regions and countries, always striving to deliver the best possible services for customers within the global product portfolio.
• Additional spoken languages are a bonus.
• Must have legal right to work in the United Kingdom
