Your New Role…

The President, Worldwide Physical Production has full oversight and accountability for the overall management of the Warner Bros. Discovery Film Group's production slate. encompassing Warner Bros., New Line and DC feature films.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Leads and manages teams comprised of Physical Production, Post Production, Visual Effects and Production Resources in the US and UK
• Partner with cross-functional teams including: Finance, Business Affairs, Labor Relations, Legal, and Human Resources.
• Charged with full responsibility for developing and overseeing multi-million dollar production budgets for the Motion Picture Group film slate.
• Partners closely with Creative Development and related groups to provide recommendations to ensure production can achieve the company's goals.
• Works closely with filmmakers and Warner Bros. Discovery leadership on all films to navigate them to successful completion within budget and on schedule.
• Establishes and maintains processes for studio management and production that increases overall efficiency and stays aligned with overall budget and schedules.
• Ensures company is compliant with all contractual obligations (SAG, DGA, IA, etc.) on projects as well as safety protocols, foreign government matters, and tax and other incentives offered by location and foreign governments.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Minimum 10-15 years relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years of executive level experience in production management at a studio or production company
• College degree in related field strongly preferred
• Knowledge of feature films
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, process and team managing skills
• Current on key industry trends, pop culture and social media awareness
• Production/on set experience preferred

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $629,440.00 - $1,168,960.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
