Job Description
Your New Role…

As an experienced Post Supervisor you will be working as part of an in-house Post Production team that works across our group companies providing services and support to all clients. You will play a key role within the client management team by managing multiple projects from the initial start-up meetings to final invoicing. You will be managing projects through all elements of Post Production including final picture post production, audio & final delivery (including AS-11 delivery & QC standards) to all major Broadcasters in the UK and US.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Detailed project management and delivery of Broadcast Post Production workflows from capture to final delivery, including multicam shoots
• Experience in Post Production set up meetings with clients
• Advise & support our clients on all aspects of long form Post Production workflows, including the cost implications of changes and explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Produce accurate billing reports, as well as resolve queries as they arise
• Manage the forward schedule, ensuring client's needs are met and ensuring maximum utilisation of the staff and facilities
• Proactive trouble shooting at all stages of Post Production
• Liaison with Production Management/ Editorial clients/ MCR & technical support to ensure a smooth delivery of services
• Daily entering accurate records & requests into Scheduling System

Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience with & understanding of Broadcast long form/ Avid workflows and shared storage environments
• Understanding of tapeless capture, including experience with a variety of codecs and their specific challenges in a Post Production environment.
• Ability to advise and guide on camera choice including the implications for Post Production workflows, including gamma curves, frame rates & codec choice.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, ideally Farmer's Wife
• Ability to produce accurate financial reports to clients and be able to respond to queries in an efficient and timely manner
• Ability to manage & guide clients who need to hit delivery deadlines in a pressurised environment
• Experience of HDR projects with DaVinci Resolve finishing delivering into SVODs would be advantageous
• Experience with multicam rig capture workflows would be advantageous
