Your New Role
Provides administrative support to the EVP, Animation.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Arranges executive calendar or schedules meetings, independently or as directed.
• Answers telephone, screens, logs and places calls.
• Coordinates/arranges travel and hotel accommodations (International or Domestic)
• Composes correspondence for supervisor's review and signature. Creates reports, labels, etc. independently or as directed.
• Coordinates contracts and agreements with appropriate Legal departments.
• Analyzes and prepares financial documents as requested.
• Prepares and coordinates all material for teleconference sessions.
• Creates and maintains schedules, reports and matrixes.
• Greets clients, talent, creative staff and executives.
• Prepares check requests or expense reports and follows through.
• Opens, reviews, records and distributes or organizes mail. Responds to inquiries.
• Maintains various files, records, indexes and logs. Makes photocopies of reports, documents and other materials.
• Orders supplies.
• Audits, codes, and processes invoices.
• Performs various research.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
• Previous secretarial experience strongly preferred.
• Previous studio/production experience required.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
