Marketing Manager Temporary
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Support to the Home Entertainment and Games LATAM Marketing Team during a 6-month period, executing daily tasks as well as planned activities across paid media and owned communication channels reporting to the Marketing Director.
RESPONSABILITIES:
FILM
• Support each title's champion on New Release Marketing Plans development by integrating all communication tactics (Paid Media, Social, PR, CRM, Retail Support)
• Work with the Marketing Director and title champion to ensure correct spend of Marketing Budget per title
• Prepare monthly polling file
• Support on Release Schedule review
• Prepare and send physical Release Schedule to CInecolor
VIDEOGAMES
• Complete Execution of previously approved Paid Media Campaigns
• Request of Creative Assets, making sure to comply with mandatory specification
• Follow up correct implementation with Media Agency
• Invoices reporting
• Assist and participate from weekly media calls
• Reporting as indicated by the Media Team
• Coordination of Purchase Order creation with the WBD Media Team
• In charge of localization of marketing assets: Trailers, Keyarts, Announcements
• Coordinate requests between WB Games brand teams and localization agency
• Requests, review and approval
• Ensure confidentiality at all times
• Send localized materials to social and PR teams prior to debut dates and times
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Paid Media knowledge. Experience coordinating digital paid media campaigns
• Ability to contribute with new ideas and identify opportunities, then lead them to fruition
• Ability to manage various simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
• Power Point and Excel advanced skills.
