PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION:

Supporting the implementation of the theatrical strategy of the Warner Brother's slate for Philippines.

Provide digital and marketing support to the Philippine Marketing Team.

Process purchase orders and non-purchase orders, as well as GRIR in SAP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Raise purchase orders and non-purchase orders as well as GR in SAP system. Complete monthly accruals for approval.
• Responsible for accreditation of new vendors and changes in vendor information and processing of their SMA.
• Responsible for submission of assets and securing censorship permits as well as coordination with liaison for local government permits for screenings and import permits.
• Manage local preview screenings for press, media, partners.
• Support the Marketing Team with all regional digital and marketing initiatives.
• Support Marketing Team with approvals and communication for all local and pan-regional promotions and publicity activations.
• Responsible for managing relationships with all external vendors.
• Work on asset distribution across exhibitor partners and chase after timely implementation of paid and non-paid placements. Responsible for maintaining an updated inventory of key location placements.
• Work with the Marketing Team to support and manage influencer programs including strategy support, content review and local nominations for select films.
• Compile local territory marketing presentations for Regional Office review.
• Brainstorm new and innovative ideas with Marketing Team for all film campaigns in the Warner Bros. slate.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in marketing with an entertainment brand.
• Experience in communicating with senior stakeholders within the business.
• BA/BS degree required. Emphasis in Digital Marketing or Brand Marketing is preferred.
• Previous experience in digital media or brand marketing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communicator with ability to develop excellent relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Must have basic skills in photography and design tools.
• Ability to organize and schedule work effectively, be a team player and have a positive attitude.
• Work well under time constraints.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
