Job Description
Your New Role…

This role will support Warner Bros. Discovery North America and Latin America Consumer Products with business planning & insights, deal analysis, financial modeling, revenue and expense forecasting, and preparation of executive presentations.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Provides support in analyzing and evaluating new business opportunities and contract renewals, including financial modeling, deal analysis, and preparation of materials for review with senior leadership
• Work with commercial teams to develop financial estimates in support of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
• Management of the quarterly business assessment addressing retail and market trends, financial performance, emerging risks & opportunities, and other business insights necessary to drive effective management of the P&L.
• Provides business leaders with financial data and insights to drive decision-making and enhanced understanding of the drivers of profitability and revenue growth
• Works closely with other functional areas to (e.g. Global Operations COE, Global Business Services, Legal) to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues impacting financial reporting and planning.
• Participates in divisional and company-wide professional development efforts and supports development of more junior staff across the WBD organization.

Qualifications & Experience…
• 5-10 years in FP&A, corporate development, strategic planning, or management consulting
• Previous experience with media, entertainment, retail, or consumer products industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar field required
• MBA/CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint required
• Superior communication and presentation skills; must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons at all levels
• Understanding of GAAP and familiarity with ASC 606
• High level of intellectual curiosity that sparks communication, collaboration, and innovation; must have a willingness to look beyond surface requirements.
• Ability to adapt and be agile amongst a changing environment and to translate complex problems into solutions
• Willingness to collaborate with management and peers to advance team and company goals
• High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to flourish under pressure
• Detail-oriented, but also able to summarize complex ideas succinctly and develop compelling narratives
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to expand knowledge relating to industry drivers and trends

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $93,898.00 - $174,381.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
