This position plays a key role in developing and managing relationships with key publishing and distribution partners globally, with the goal of growing DC's worldwide comic readership among diverse audiences.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Develop regional go-to-market strategies for maximizing DC's revenue around the world, and lead communication with global publishing partners to execute these strategies.
• Manage the administration of licensing agreements with global partners and collaborate with business affairs and legal teams on contract negotiations.
• Work with global licensed partners to ensure:
o Local publishing slates are aligned with DC's media and franchise priorities.
o Relevant products are well-represented in each territory.
o Marketing plans reflect meaningful and relevant ways to reach new audiences.
o Accounting and administration of royalties is in accordance with DC's policies.
• Collaborate and negotiate with publishing partners to build business in existing and new markets according to DC's growth and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide monthly business updates to key internal stakeholders, conveying the impact of global growth strategies against key performance indicators.
• Travel to trade shows as necessary to ensure DC's interests are maximized and global growth goals are being met.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience in account management, sales, marketing, publishing, or operations preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, P&L management, and negotiating contracts preferred.

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, TECHNICAL TRAINING OR CERTIFICATION:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or MFA preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to organize and pay close attention to details.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.
• Creative, solution-focused person with a growth mindset.
• Knowledge of publishing/comic book industry preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to travel as needed approximately 5% of the time.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $72,240.00 - $134,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
