Manager Finance - Enterprise Tech & Ops

Overview:

The new Corp and ET&O Finance team is in need of several Manager positions throughout the organization. These Manager roles will have the same responsibilities but support the following groups in the organization:
• Media Tech & Operations (3)
• Enterprise Systems/Information & Content Security/Office of the CIO (3)

Responsibilities:
• Partner with individual budget owners (VPs/SVPs) within Enterprise Systems & Services, Information and Content Security, and the Office of the CIO (~$600M OPEX, ~$100M CapEx) on all forecast/budget processes. Lead financial discussions and assess all financial risks and opportunities.
• Analyze complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to VPs/SVPs.
• Partner with Finance and Tech management to define reporting needs. Manage COE team to provide necessary reports. Refine and adjust reporting as needed.
• Create and implement business unit policies, procedures and processes. Socialize changes as needed with other groups – e.g., Tech operations, COE, other Finance teams – and ensure all processes are as efficient as possible.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years related experience, with 3+ years of Senior Finance Analyst experience
Technology experience preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred, MBA a plus
• Strong written and communication skills – ability to ''tell the story'' using financial information
• Hyperion/PeopleSoft/SAP experience highly preferred
• Extremely proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $92,015 - $170,885 salary per year.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
