Live Production Technology Support - Temporary

The Job (Fixed Term Contract for 3 months)
• Operational continuity of generation, compression and transmission for all required feeds
• Supporting all live feeds, Live events, early detecting, solving, and reporting on air impacts
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for all tickets and emergency calls generated by BOC and other teams

Essentials

1. Experience in Transmission Operation Center

2. Ability to learn new systems and level 1 support task

3. General knowledge of Generation, Compression and Transmission

4. General knowledge of English

5. Ability to Interact with internal and external teams

6. Above average skills in Team work

7. General knowledge of Video Protocols and systems

8. Ability to use Microsoft Office and similar tools

9. Experience in Problem solving under pressure

The Nice to Haves

1.Degree or equivalent experience in Communications / Electronic Engineer

2.General knowledge of Professional Video broadcast service

3.General knowledge of Satellite Transmission

4.Experience in Level 1 support teams
