Job Description

The Job

This position contributes to the definition of branding strategies for content originally produced in Argentina and ROLA (Colombia and Chile), destined for a platform, linear or external, and leads the projects and the process locally. The role coordinates content communication and promotion needs from development to release, with different teams and both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment and communication success of local original projects. The person who occupies it is the local referent of the team.

The Daily

Brand strategy and positioning

Lead the process and alignment in the treatment of original local projects, from a deep understanding of both the strategic needs of the content, as well as the competitive opportunities, the local market and the audiences. Collaborate in the process of construction and definition of strategic documents, positioning and branding for the success of original productions in the Mexican market, seeking impact from communication and in pursuit of the objectives defined by the business.

Companion content and promotional assets

Work closely with internal partners to take advantage of content marketing opportunities and generate synergies. Coordinate the requirements and needs of communication assets of all the teams involved, both for their production during filming, and for their publication during the campaign and premiere time. Coordinate marketing days, working closely with Creative and Design. Promote collaboration with external production companies to optimize flows and results.

Leadership

Be the local reference for the team, both internally and with external partners. Build and maintain strong and efficient partnerships, managing multiple stakeholders and fostering collaborative and matrix work.

Gathering information

Follow up on information and materials related to both the content/project and its process and pipeline. Keep documents updated and teams informed, taking care of the quality of deliveries and timing. Position yourself as a source of truth in terms of everything related to the market projects in charge.

The Essentials

1. Higher degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar. 2. Experience in branding and strategic communication. 3. Knowledge related to the treatment of original projects, content marketing and promotional assets. 4. Ability to work with local, regional and international teams. 5. Outstanding ability to use data in decision making. 6. Skills for managing long and complex projects, from development to completion. 7. Creative vision, sensitivity, empathy, agility and flexibility. 8. Experience in collaborative processes and in leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, both internally and with external partners and production houses. 9. Fluent in English.

The Nice to Haves

Experience in Consumer Marketing and Media Strategy. Experience in the Entertainment, Streaming and TV market. Growth mindset
