Jr. Analyst Post Sales

Job Description

• Support tracking deliveries process related to client packages, coordinating consumption for better governance about revenue targets achievements.
• Provide information regarding actual revenues, consumption and forecast to Ad Sales and support areas.
• Interface with agencies and clients to coordinate sales deliveries and new process.
• Media package controlling, placement, delivery length and account monitoring giving transparence of the business.
• Interaction with related areas, such as Comm Ops, CBS, Content Production and Finance to handle operational and production issues.

The Daily – Major Activities

Assure the delivery of all media elements related to Ad Sales revenues, support the area and to be in touch with other departments to ensure the correct progress of packages deliveries.

The Essentials
• Strong communication abilities, problem solving and interpersonal skills within a high paced, complex environment.
• General knowledge of Media Planning
• Excel Intermediary.
• Good PMO skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

The Nice to Haves
• Bilingual (English/PT)
