Your New Role...

As the Injaus Administrator you are responsible for following up on projects.
Overall responsibility for the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project providing support and guidance to the producers in charge of the project.

Your Role Accountability...
• Budgeting: Budget preparation, analysis and control. Validation with finance and HR.
• Productions: Follow-up and support to productions in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia. Regarding internal productions, daily collaboration is given to the producer in charge, and weekly updates are requested for external productions.
• Administration: Daily administrative tasks: Registration of suppliers, contracts, HR, Bolos and AAA. Communication with legal, finance, payments, Facilities, HR.
• Contracts: Request and follow up of contracts.
• Payments and invoicing: Request and follow up of payments and invoicing.

Qualifications & Experience...
• 5 years of experience in audiovisual production.
• Budget and excel management.
• Intermediate level oral and written English.
• Experience with movie magic.
• Experience in deliverables.
