Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Global Total Rewards Analyst to join the Total Rewards Team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the People & Culture Compensation & Benefits team on global compensation initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Support the global job architecture initiative by owning the dissemination and collation of data files, organizing and maintaining collaboration folders, and drafting communication materials.
• Audit, update, and maintain consistent job and employee data between Workday, data warehouse, and global market-pricing database.
• Research survey and market data to support decisions on salary structure revisions and geographic differential assignments.
• Provide analytical and process support on initiatives such as the retention program, pay transparency, and other ad-hoc needs.
• Support the survey submissions process globally by helping to manage the submission calendar and the processes to collate responses from the global compensation consulting teams for data submission.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, business, HRIS, and Legal as it relates to compensation as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant compensation experience
• Bachelor's degree - Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or Business degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
• Accreditation towards Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• Proficient to Advanced level skill with MS Excel; Proficient in PowerPoint
• Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail
• Experience with working on multiple projects of varying priorities
• Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and find opportunities for process improvements
• Proficient understanding of compensation practices, trends, and compensation-related legislation

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
