Job Description
The FP&A Transformation team will guide the FP&A organization through the design and implementation of a planning & reporting tools consolidation strategy across the WBD businesses.

The FP&A Transformation Manager role gives a great opportunity to actively participate in developing and implementing strategies to simplify and harmonize the process and systems landscape for financial planning and reporting, and to drive best practices in this space. In addition, this role will also provide current state functional support and governance for current planning applications and the evolving implementation activities.

Responsibilities:
• Provide governance and strategy to the Anaplan planning landscape and prioritizes new use cases and resource allocation. Managing day-to-day functional oversight of the Anaplan application
• Plan, lead, and execute on FP&A transformation initiatives including supporting the implementation of enterprise performance management (EPM) tools, redesigning processes, and driving stakeholder adoption
• Challenge the status quo within business processes to identify better ways of working to drive value creation
• Collaborate and liaise with external partners as well as internal stakeholders to achieve transformation project milestones and deliverables

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a large multinational corporation within FP&A function with a solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting process
• Experience in transformation – EPM tools, process optimization, KPI follow up reports, process harmonization
• Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
• Great relationship builder - ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, as well as senior management
• Strategic problem solver with creative problem-solving capabilities to develop the big picture and complete it
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and engagement
• Curious, detail oriented, resourceful and an independet problem solver
• Experience with FP&A systems (SAP, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, or Anaplan)
• General accounting knowledge
• CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired
