Your New Role…

This role will serve as a strategic partner for DC Publishing and will oversee and coordinate and Global P&L reporting for the three commercial businesses of GBE: Consumer Products, Themed Experiences and DC Publishing. Also focuses on operationalizing and executing business strategies in dynamic and rapidly evolving growth business

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Leads DC Publishing business planning, providing thought partnership and leadership to GM, senior executives and DC creative teams. Delivers a perspective and challenges key business assumptions along with providing business leaders the data an insights to drive business strategies and financial performance
• Oversees team responsible for DC Publishing third party reporting to talent and creators, ensuring statements and payments are delivered timely and accurately.
• Serves as business partner to FP&A COE, ensuring that that data and deliverables required to manage business is delivered in accordance with expectations and virtual teams stay informed and connected on business performance, strategies, and new business initiatives
• Curates content, market and business insights, KPI's and other metrics for senior leadership in managing GBE global financial performance and strategies on a regular cadence. This includes preparing content for quarterly business reviews with WBD CEO/CFO and other key executives.
• Thought partner/leader for GBE business process and financial system initiatives including technology upgrade program, WBD led- business process and financial system initiatives (SAP S/4, Planning systems)
• Oversees team of 5 individuals, managing team priorities and deliverables. Actively participates as a leader in finance teams employee engagement program which focuses on learning, mentorship, DEI initiatives and career development

Qualifications & Experience…
• 15+ years' experience in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving and deadline driven business environment
• Experience in business and strategic planning/business partnership, management and delivery against P&L targets required
• Previous experience with media, entertainment, retail, or consumer products/publishing industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar field required
• MBA or CPA required
• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, expectation is that position can independently interact with senior level executives and deliver a perspective on business
• Ability to adapt individually and to pivot/flex team to be agile amongst a changing environment and shifting business priorities
• Experience with identifying and operationalizing business process improvements related to financial/business planning and financial systems
• High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to flourish under pressure
• Willing to expand knowledge relating to industry drivers and trends, foster a mindset of continuous learning
• Willing to travel as needed

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,380.00 - $134,420.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
