Job Description

Your New Role...
• Provides administrative support to the EVP, Creative Advertising.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Maintains organized information, databases including files, registers, phone logs, manuals, complex artwork and a/v materials filing system, & workflow systems for EVP.
• Assists EVP in location and coordination of delivery of materials throughout company and external parties to supply creative vendors, graphic designers, etc. to aid in development of marketing campaigns.
• Assists and coordinates requests and information to and from international field offices regarding marketing issues and special events, including follow-up activities for all key event films.
• Works with and assists Marketing department in duplication and distribution of a/v and print materials.
• Prepares and maintains complex budget, invoicing, department planning, executive management, & purchase order system on Excel for EVP, including any miscellaneous related projects.
• Coordinates legal approval process on all marketing materials. Liaisons directly with Legal department. Maintains and monitors checklist of all approvals necessary for Marketing department.
• Assists EVP in all aspects of coordinating participation of company in annual trade shows and conventions. This includes all administrative functions involved with creation and execution of presentation materials, (i.e. trailer reels, decoration of site-specific areas, booking of sites, advertising and promotional materials, premiums, trade ads, etc.) and trade show organizations.
• Coordinates daily schedule of key activities including coordinating phone calls, setting up appointments, arranging meetings, & coordinating special events and projects for EVP, and Marketing department as needed.
• Arranges for most time & cost-efficient business travel for EVP.
• Arranges & coordinates international & domestic conference calls as required.
• Acts as liaison with other departments and/or outside organizations.
• Notifies appropriate personnel on status of various projects.
• Composes memos & correspondence representing EVP to internal & external parties.
• Performs general administrative duties, including typing, mail, photocopies, sending & receiving faxes, filing, etc. for EVP, and the Marketing department as needed.

Qualifications and Experience...
• 3 years experience in marketing, creative advertising and entertainment preferred.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts, or TV/Radio/Film preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, articulating issues in a professional manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with managers & other levels of personnel.
• Ability to prepare clear & concise reports etc. for presentation to senior management
• Excellent organizational & follow-through skills.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
