Your New Role…

Reporting to SVP Finance for Warner Bros Studio Ops, this role provides department support for Presentations, Reports, Research, Projects, Travel, Calendars, meetings, and other administrative duties as required. Must be able to handle multiple and conflicting projects and deadlines. Must be proficient in providing professional customer service to employees and clients over the phone, zoom, email and in person.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Reports and Presentations – Working in Excel, PowerPoint & Word, must be able to design presentations and prepare reports to support the department. Responsible for performing research and managing projects as needed to support work assigned
• Meetings & Travel – Sets and reviews schedules anticipating and proactively resolving conflicts to ensure time is used efficiently. Prepares materials, sends invitations, organizes technical requirements. Arranges travel as needed including processing expenses. Must be able to manage potential conflicts of schedule or priorities with discretion.
• Office Administrator – responsible for ordering supplies, managing computer requests/trouble-shooting, Amex and P-card reconciliation, and maintaining current desk procedures. Must be able to work as a team with other Executive Assistants and Administrative personnel, especially with the Executive Assistant to the EVP, providing seamless support for the senior executive team.
• Other duties and projects as needed-including providing audit support requests for participation audits, process administrative forms, assist with onboarding of new hires. Coordinate departmental computer, printer, and telephone moves and office repairs. Assist with shopping carts, pcards and invoices as needed

Qualifications & Experience…
• 3+ years experience preparing presentations, researching data, and managing reports, required
• High school diploma required.
• College graduate, or corresponding work experience, preferred.
• Highly Proficient in MS Office
• Financial Skills and acumen strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work under strict time constraints, or conflicting priorities.
• Must exercise discretion. Will be working with confidential information.
• Must have the ability to anticipate needs of Executives and audience for reports.
• Must be pro-active and think ahead.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be flexible.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Project management experience, a plus.
• Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
