Your New Role...

WBD APAC Creative is the multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a range of media - principally TV, digital, and theatrical.

In this role, you will create all forms of content for Warner Bros. Discovery's brands to drive viewership, DTC subscriptions, build brand differentiation, meet on-air presentation & digital media demands, and assist in driving revenue streams across the network platforms for the INSEAK market. This includes taking a hands-on approach and working on promos, short form, and branded content. You will also be using internal resources, liaising with external vendors for production support when necessary, providing cost effective solutions and resources to best represent client products & services in vision and other related productions, meet targeted deadlines and work within allocated budgets.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• To create quality content for digital, DTC, on-air and off-air platforms and to maintain the highest standard of presentation for Warner Bros. Discovery APAC. This involves all areas of promos, short-form content production including but not limited to conceptualisation, scripting, off-line editing and supervising production/post-production – including audio mixing and graphics.
• Creation/customisation on some region-specific promos.
• Management of QC process for locally produced materials.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the team in-house and regionally on all production matters.
• Understand the brand guidelines and be accountable for projects from conception to delivery.
• The 'go-to' creative for the project when it starts and must have a clear understanding of what's needed, what's to be delivered and referencing best practices, so as to have the project or campaign succeed creatively.
• A writer at heart and an editor by trade, your skillsets will reflect the quality of work you produce - the concepts you envision and the creative execution you put into action.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digital competencies, with an understanding of creative and technical specs and needs for social media, DTC and various digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Must be fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro Editing System.
• Work experience in an agency/media owner is ideal.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in broadcast/digital environment is a plus.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Be adaptable and articulate in the thinking behind aesthetic decisions, and a team player
