Job Description
Contract Administrator (f/m/d)

Your New Role...

The Contract Administrator is reporting to the Director Sales TV Distribution and is mainly responsible for data ingest and administration of all sales in COSMOS (SAP system).

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Assist in preparation of contract and amendments and input into the Rights & Sales Management system (COSMOS) for internal and Head Office approval.
• Assisting by managing output contracts (e.g. tracking due dates, creating content lists, checking first run availabilities, input content selections into Cosmos)
• Liaise with Warner Contracts Administration department in Burbank on an ongoing basis regarding contractual and administration issues
• Clients contact person for administrative issues
• Creating Avails Lists in COSMOS (SAP system)
• Data ingest and administration in COSMOS
• Checking and clearing rights availability for clients after title selection
• Close collaboration with Technical Operation division to manage and meet material deadlines according to the contractual terms
• Other duties as required

Qualifications & Experience...
• Commercial education (Bachelor degree)
• Profound knowledge of SAP system
• Working knowledge of distribution workflows preferred
• Work experience in an administrative role
• Basic knowledge regarding technical aspects of film production, broadcast formats
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• High degree of accuracy
• Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Team player
• Good Excel & database knowledge
• Excellent English and German language skills in speaking and writing
