Your Role Accountabilities...
• Draft, collect and compare methodical content reports for different analyzes used internally and to provide support to other areas, such as Programming, Acquisitions, etc.
• Draft and amend documents and reports with diverse variables (titles, costs, license periods, territory restrictions , etc.)
• Data entry. Upload information related to box office and other associated fields in our system
• Make tickets requests to the Finance team and control/audit the correct execution in our system. Align if necessary
• Diverse tasks related to content planning and distribution
• Maintenance of the tool that is used by Programming teams to comply with the Brazilian Law
• Execution of post-acquisition processes, related to rights

Qualifications & Experience...
• Graduated in Business Administration or related careers (not mandatory)
• Advanced or bilingual level of English and an excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions
• Experience in information and content analysis. Attention to detail. Team worker.
• Genuine interest and knowledge of audiovisual content will be valued preferred
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Knowledge of tools will be valued: Smartsheet (Project & Work Management Platform) and Looker (business intelligence software and big data analytics platform) preferred
