Job Description

Your New Role…

This position exists to manage and lead Order to Cash (O2C) workstreams of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD Advertising, Affiliate and TV Distribution, Direct-to-Consumer Subscription, Theatrical and several other revenue streams. Through partnership with the local leadership and Global BPOs, this person will help plan, organize and monitor the use of resources require to provide high quality and cost effective O2C service delivery. Duties to include daily management of O2C processes and frequent engagement with business stakeholders. This position works closely with O2C management team to drive operational results, process efficiencies, standardization and enhancements to improve key financial measures and metrics.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and BPO services to provide high quality and cost effective O2C service delivery
• Engage with management team and key stakeholders regularly to review results and collaborate to achieve objectives
• Monitor key performance indicators and/or serve level agreements to ensure effective, and efficient delivery of services as agreed with key stakeholders
• Responsible for all O2C activity and results including timeliness, completeness and accuracy of deliverables and ensure all processes are in accordance with company compliance, controls, and audit guidelines
• Make recommendations and work with O2C management to develop strategies for operational process improvements, standardization and systems projects to gain greater effectiveness within O2C
• Act as project manager and/or participate in cross division projects; organize meetings, collect and summarize data, present findings in an Executive Summary Format
• Leverage managerial and mentorship skills to effectively achieve collections targets, identify strategy to reduce DSO
• Manage and develop staff on all billing, collections and credit management issues with a results driven orientation toward achieving company targets

Qualifications & Experience...
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
• Fluent in English mandatory
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Accounting or Finance
• Accounts Receivable, Billing and Finance experience required
• Experience leading a global and diverse team
• Experience developing and executing standard processes across a global organization
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle
