The Job

As a member of the WB Games Pricing and Promotions Team, you will be responsible for analyzing data about digital video game sales and translating it into reporting and recommendations that improve our performance in digital marketplaces.

The Daily
• Conduct analyses that identify issues and opportunities impacting our sales performances on each platform, with actionable recommendations that lead to increased revenues
• Study first party platform storefronts for opportunities provided by their funnels, while staying abreast of changing features and their ramifications for our business. Make recommendations to Account Management and Pricing and Promotions based on platform expertise
• Define and develop metrics and dashboards that quantify digital sales performances and enable the Pricing and Promotions team to tune their sales tactics

The Essentials
• 3-4 years of experience in sales planning & analysis, data analytics, sales operations, or consulting roles demonstrating a foundation in sales and analysis principles
• Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze sales data
• Exceptional reporting skills with an emphasis on sharp and professional PowerPoint presentations
• A solid and proven foundation in statistical analysis
• Experience with Tableau for monitoring trends and automated reporting

The Nice to Haves
• Familiarity with SQL and database queries
• Experience with R or Python
• MBA or MS in Analytics
• Domain expertise in the video games industry

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $51,106.00 - $94,910.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
