Job Summary/Description:

WAFF, Gray Television's NBC affiliate in Huntsville, AL has an immediate opening for a Commercial Producer to join our award winning Creative Services team.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• In this role, you'll put your creative thinking and skills to work to create exciting and emotion-driven advertising and content marketing alongside a creative and dynamic team
• You'll conceptualize, produce, write, edit, and share creative across many channels: TV, social media, cable, radio, and more
• This person will be responsible for the development of cutting edge commercial and promotional spots for the Huntsville market from concept to completion
• This person will be expected to be a team player and take part in all aspects of commercial production
• Must work closely with sales to conceptualize, write, shoot and edit commercials and work with marketing team to assist in the production of station promos, including segments for our daily lifestyle and entertainment show.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Creative scripting, shooting and non-linear editing experience is a must
• The ideal candidate will have experience with The Adobe Creative Suite and will have very strong camera and editing skills and have or acquire drone certification.
• The ability to interact professionally and effectively with all internal WAFF employees and external organizations is a must
• Must have a clean driving record
