Product Manager, Vudu Web (Fandango)

Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join the Vudu Product team. In this role, you will define and deliver a best-in-class digital streaming experience across platforms for Vudu consumers. Collaborating with fellow Product Managers, Engineering, UX/Design, PMO, Business, and Commerce teams, you will define product features and enhancements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify customer needs and market opportunities to drive actionable solutions

Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products

Define user stories and help prioritize the backlog according to product strategy and business goals

Partner and unify cross-functional teams in the development of features and enhancements

Guide projects from start to launch to post-launch hyper-care

Integrate research, market analysis, and usability studies into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction

Collaborate with Business Intelligence on A/B tests to measure and optimize the user experience

Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years of product management owning the end-to-end development cycle
Experience in consumer-facing, e-commerce products
Experience in streaming and transactional video on demand (TVOD) is a plus
Familiarity with web and app standards, such as Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material guidelines

Desired Characteristics

Knowledge and experience using Omniture and other analytic tools
Understanding of W3C and accessibility guidelines
Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle
Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional tone across departments
SCRUM and JIRA experience a plus
Expertise in juggling multiple tasks, re-prioritizing where needed
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve the product based on research data and industry trends
Attention to detail is essential
Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion
Passion for entertainment a plus
