Job Description
The Producer, reporting into the Senior Producer contributes to the conceptualization of experiential marketing properties, event and sponsorship activation ideas. With over 5 years of hands-on experience producing a broad range of experiential activations; from mobile activations, to screenings & product launch and everything in between, the Producer is responsible to bring our creative teams ideas to life.

Candidates should be well-versed in the core principles of producing: organization, budgeting, planning, communication and execution. Ideally, these fundamentals will be embodied in a person who demonstrates clear communication skills, professional flexibility, good humor, and strong self-starting abilities.

This Producer ensures an interdisciplinary process throughout each project and the delivery of outstanding experiences that are on time and on budget. A true team player, they will have an entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in fast paced environments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execution and management of experiential and event productions across a wide variety of events to include Vice Owned IP, White label brand activations, Sponsorships, Trade and internal events.
• Possesses significant category expertise in live event logistics and management, mobile marketing, stage, sound, lighting, security, talent, advance, and creative elements.
• Plans and executes events that are on brand, on time and on budget
• Supports across multiple large scale events within an account base, including all event activation, event staff management 
and post event recaps
• Supports the production on creating and updating internal and external production related documents including but not limited to timelines, production budgets, production schedules, ROS, staff manuals, etc. using approved templates as required
• Source, manage and coordinate all 3rd party vendors, maintains & fosters positive vendor relationships
• Hire, onboard & manage Freelance event staff ie PAs, Production Coordinators, Brand Ambassadors, Security & photographers
• Line producing events or segments of larger events.
• Event budget building, managing, and reconciliation.
• Supports in presale where and when needed; building production budgets, assumptions pages and work back schedules
• Responsible for project execution according to company standards within established processes, budgets and 
timeframes.
• Crafts & Manages timeline and solicits and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely
manner.
• Establishes effective relationships across company multi-disciplinary teams.
• Utilizes company resources appropriately and efficiently.
• Provides production expertise when guiding internal teams across the company to meet client 
goals ensuring that event production objectives are being met.
• Evaluates and supports creative work.
• Develops rapport with clients, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise.
• Develops working knowledge of departments capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:
• 5+ years of relevant event production experience
• Experience managing and/or producing large scale experiences of $500k
• A strong rolodex of production industry and vendor contacts including but not limited to permitting, fabrication, Production management, audio/visual & catering
• Experience training/mentoring more junior team members and leading large teams
• Proven success in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in achieving established objectives
• Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
• Demonstrated ability in recognizing quality event ideation and execution in terms of marketing strategy
• Successful negotiator of tie-in partners, sponsorships, etc.
• Previous experience as a production manager or equivalent necessary
• Extensive knowledge of technical production skills desirable
