Manager, HR Operations & Analytics

Role x You

As the Manager, HR Operations & Analytics you will be working in a fast paced dynamic environment, and will be a key member of the HR Systems and Operations team, as well as the overall global People, Culture and Impact team (known as HR). You will partner with all members of the HR Systems and Operations team and functional owners to continually improve processes, maximize productivity, and support new HR initiatives through our primary HR system, Workday. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant operations. Our current Workday modules include HCM, US Benefits, US Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.

In the short term we recently implemented Workday Recruiting and this role will be responsible for ensuring the success of post implementation, among other responsibilities.

This role reports to the Senior Director, HR Systems & Operations.

Responsibilities

HR Operations:
• Responsible for identifying solutions and needs across People, Culture and Impact team; defining strategic roadmap and execution of HR programs and processes; and ensuring streamlined and compliant operations.
• Partner with key stakeholders on troubleshooting Workday issues that support our business and HR objectives.
• Recommends and applies best practices to optimize Workday modules in order to ensure processes and technologies are appropriately addressing the business need.
• Design communication frameworks that facilitate better communications and knowledge transfer, and case management in delivering HR services.
• Be the superuser of our HR systems and know them inside and out. You'll develop, document and assist in implementing processes along with providing training to the end users within the People, Culture and Impact team.

HR Systems:
• Contribute to strategic HR systems support model and transition support.
• Support HR Systems team with the bi-annual Workday updates

HR Analytics:
• Responsible for HR analytics execution, including DEI leadership dashboards.
• Maintenance of core HR data structure - lead team to partner with HRBPs to define and maintain core HR data.
• Definition and delivery of core HR analytics strategy

Qualifications:
• Excellent knowledge and experience using Workday, providing HR metrics and analytics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/People operations (areas including payroll, benefits, HRIS management, talent acquisition).
• Previous experience successfully establishing internal people policies, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent organization skills, collaboration skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions.
• Advanced skill level in excel
• Previous experience operating in multiple countries with a global organization is required
