The role x You:

As the Junior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner of the assigned Line of Business to offer support to all employees across your assigned client group. This is a dynamic and busy role that offers you the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of areas within HR.

You will be an integral part of the team so it's important that you're passionate about what you do and that you're committed to delivering an excellent service to both existing and new employees. This role will mean you'll be a brand ambassador for the business; you'll be the first point of contact for all general HR queries so confidence and knowledge is key.

Your responsibilities:
• Manage the entire employee life cycle from start to finish, inclusive of exit interviews
• Deal with all general HR queries, escalating them to the HR Business Partners and your colleagues from the Global Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits)
• Compile and maintain accurate personnel files
• Support on coordinating a full range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary issues and grievances. Manage cases on your own.
• Prepare paperwork relating to any changes in contracts of employment for existing employees
• Maintain all employee data in our HRIS system Workday
• Own the on-boarding process, working with internal teams to ensure new starters have a seamless on boarding experience
• Proactively identify ways to streamline processes
• Guiding managers on candidate selection, conducting and analysing exit interviews and recommend changes to procedure if required.
• Help foster our company culture – always looking for ways to improve the culture with the help of dedicated people from across the company

Skills & Experience:
• 2-3 years experience working as a HR Generalist or Junior Business Partner
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate needs both verbally and in written form.
• Common sense, empathy, the ability to always be one step ahead!
• You will have amazing attention to detail and display a methodical and accurate approach to your work
• You must be incredibly well
organised ; your
organisation and attention to detail will keep the team on track!
• You're able to build rapport and maintain relationships with employees at all levels quickly and successfully
• You're a fast learner and you're able to think on your feet
• Confidence and emotional intelligence is important, as well as having a genuine interest and passion for working in HR
