Role x You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and detailed-oriented person to join our HR Systems and Operations team. The HR Operations Coordinator will be working in a fast paced dynamic environment, and will be a key member of the HR Systems and Operations team, as well as the overall global People, Culture and Impact team (also known as HR). This role maintains HR data integrity through a variety of data collection and submission processes; enters data into Workday as outlined in standard business processes; compiles and manipulates data to create basic reports; provides general support for a variety of related HR systems and processes; provides administrative support to key HR initiatives.

This role reports to the Manager, HR Operations.

In the short term...Collaborate with the HR Operations team on identifying areas to improve processes and training based on common inquiries that are sent to the Workday Help Desk. You will have exposure to key stakeholders across the entire People, Culture and Impact team globally.

After 6 months in this role...Contribute to the development of Workday system and process resources for the People, Culture and Impact team and our self-service Workday system users. Using your experience from responding to Workday Help Desk tickets, recommend training topics and creative approaches to training our Workday system users.

And after a year…Deliver training to the People, Impact and Culture team. Training is an ongoing element needed to provide the support the Global HR team needs to do what they do best. Work closely with the Manager, HR Operations to proactively identify process inefficiencies and areas of improvement in user training materials and process documentation.

What you'll do:
• Accountable for all tier 1 support for Workday, including researching and resolving Help Desk tickets and escalating complex issues to appropriate subject matter experts
• Supports the Global HR team in keying of employee data into Workday the Global HCM, for all employee data changes (including new hires, terminations, and job changes)
• Assist in the regulatory reporting, EEOC 1, NY State New Hire
• Stay up to date on VMG process and policy knowledge
• Responsible for developing and delivering training, resources and tools to the global HRBP team to maximize system adoption with the goal of increasing overall efficiencies, effectiveness and user experience
• Participate in testing for system implementations, upgrades, enhancements and assist with updating training materials when system changes are made
• Generates standard and ad hoc HR reports
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives

You have these:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR/People operations and/or HRIS
• Advanced experience with Google and Microsoft (Excel/Sheets, Word, Powerpoint) products, as well as the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Comfortable in Massive Excel/Sheets workbooks (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc)
• Proven history of accuracy and compliance
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to engage professionally and enthusiastically via virtual meetings and email
• Must be well organized with keen attention to detail with demonstrated effective follow-up skills

We'd also love if you have these:
• Proficiency with an HRIS system; preferably Workday
• Global experience, understanding the nuances from a spectrum of geographies and markets is a plus
